While it was never a mainstream color used in production, the popularity of Purple Metallic grew and became widely used in custom shop guitars, with master builders, and in limit-edition guitars.  The Purple Metallic finish by Nitorlack recreates the iconic color made famous by Prince that's found on both his Mythical and Symbol guitars.

Important: as this is a metallic color, the last coat of color should not be sanded before starting the varnishing process.
