At Allparts Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a part doesn't fit your project or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws, hardware, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned components, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
